Press On Nails

I don't know my nail size?

Please refer to our Universal Nail Size Guide or purchase our sizing sample kit to ensure that your nails fit accurately.

How long do press-on nails stay on? Any tips for longer wear?

It depends on how you prepare your natural nails before application. We provide a step by step application card to assist this will ensure longevity. With nail tabs you can wear them for several hours of even a few days. With nail glue, it can least for about 1-3 weeks.

If you would like longer wear we recommend that you apply a dehydrator and primer for better adhesion. This used by nail technicians when applying gel and acrylic.

Are the nails reusable?

Yes! If you use nail tabs you will be able to use them.

If you prefer nail glue We recommend that you consider purchasing a inexpensive electric nail file. The electric Nail file will gently buff away any build up. This will allow multiple wears,

What do I do if my nails don't fit?

Due to the handmade nature of our products we are not held responsible if the wrong size is ordered. We offer Nail sizing kits as well as Universal sizing guide to help you select a perfect fit.

How strong are your nails?

We use the best nail overlays available made from gel. We apply at least 6 coats of gel polish. This process makes our nails hard but flexible enough to fit comfortably on your nail.

How many nails come with a order?

All sets come with 10 ten nails in the size you select.

What come with my order?

All nail orders come with a mini nail file, cuticle pusher, mini buffer, two alcohol prep wipes, nail glue and or nail tabs, application instructions, and a thank you gift.

Do you do custom designs?

Yes we do. If you have a concept in mind please complete our Custom nail form so that we can talk about it.

Please note that we do not recreate work from other press-on nail artist if you love it buy it from the original artist.

Please note you can make custiomizations to your liking. Shape, color, matte, glossy and length. If you have small design changes please submit all via special request form. For larger changes that include crystals or large concepts please contact us first to approve changes.

General Questions

How long will it take to ship my order?

Please note that this turnaround is for creation time when we ship your order after it’s been made. Not how long it'll take for delivery. How fast you receive your order once we have shipped it out depends on the shipping fee you pay at checkout. First Class: 3-5 Business Days. Priority 1-3 Business Days. Priority Express: 1 Business Day.

Ready To Ship Press On Nails: Ship within 3 business days.

Please note that if you purchase a made to order set along with a ready to ship item your order will NOT be shipped right away. I suggest to order separately so you can receive your ready to ship nails quicker.

Custom Press On Nail Order: Creation time can take about 2-3 weeks. THIS IS JUST AN ESTIMATE. We do not guarantee that your order will be shipped within this time frame. They may be shipped sooner but can certainly take longer.

Sizing Kits: 3-5 Business Days.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at the moment but we will soon.

Do you offer Rush Shipping?

We offer Rush shipping.

My package was sent back to you, can you resend it?

Yes of course. Simply contact us to make sure we have received it then pay the Re-Shipping Fee so we can send it back out.

My package was marked as Delivered by USPS but I didn’t receive it. (Also read below for lost or missing packages)

Once a package has been picked up by USPS and the tracking number associated to the order has been updated, D&E Clawz hands over any and all accountability for shipping, transit and delivery. D&E Clawz assumes no responsibility for lost or missing packages and are not required to issue refunds or replacements on these orders.

If your order was marked as “delivered” by USPS and it’s missing; check with your neighbors in case the package was delivered to the wrong address by mistake or contact your local post office. You may also file a claim directly with USPS

Do you accept cancellations, returns or exchanges?

We gladly accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. After the 24 hours ALL SALES ARE FINAL and you agree to wait the time it takes to create your order.

Also due to the nature of our custom handmade products we do not accept returns or make any exchanges (except in the case of products delivered in defective or damaged state. If so, email dandeclaws@yahoo.com and include an image of the defective or damaged product)

**Please read all information listed under the item description before ordering. Be aware of our creation time and make sure you size your nails correctly as we are not held responsible if the wrong size is ordered.

Also, double check shipping information before checking out. If there’s an apartment, suite or unit number make sure you enter it to avoid a Return To Sender issue.
